What does it cost to join the Hollywood Spas as a first time customer?
Our one-time enrollment fee is only $5.00 and you can visit either of our Hollywood or North Hollywood locations year round by paying the guest fee of $3.99 per visit in addition to the purchase of a room or locker. Yearly memberships are available, but are not required. Please inquire if interested.

What are your hours of operation?
We're open 24 hours day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Should I bring a towel?
No, we will provide towel service for your entire visit. You pick one up when entering and may exchange used towels at any time for a new one. If you are a big boy, just ask for an oversized towel for your comfort.

What type of guy visits the Hollywood Spas?
Our clientele ranges from ages 18 to 100, and we do not discriminate against anyone. All sizes, races and cultures are welcome at The Hollywood Spas.

Do you supply condoms?
Yes, you will always have access to free condoms.

Do you have One Day Memberships?
Yes, we do have one-day memberships. Your one-time guest fee is $3.99. This is in addition to the cost of your room or locker rental.

How long can I stay there?
A maximum of two shifts for a total of 16 hours.

Can I reserve a room?
No, but when the club is full, you will be put on a waiting list. First come - first served.

Do you offer HIV/STD Testing?
Yes. Testing is provided by the JWCH Institute. Currently, testing is only available at our Hollywood location. We hope to be offering testing at our North Hollywood facility in the near future. Please ask the cashier for additional information.

Will you sell my information on a list to anyone?
Absolutely not. Customer information is kept strictly confidential.

Do you have food and beverages available there?
Yes, our facilities are equipped with a memorable café experience with the utmost food and beverage selection.

May I bring any lady friends?
Yes you can, but not at my clubs.

What comes with a room?
Complete Privacy. Room sizes vary. Ask about our rooms with a view. All rooms have (4) adult video channels and (1) movie channel.

Is there anything I should bring with me?
A Valid Government issued photo ID is REQUIRED for entry. Acceptable types are: State Issued Drivers License, State Issued Identification card, Green Card, Work Visa or nationally recognized Passport.

Is there a minimum age requirement to join?
You must be at least 18 years of age to visit any of our clubs.

Can I use a fake name to enter?
Yes you can, but not at my clubs. Our apologies, but your legal name is required to enter the club with valid Government Identification. Your information is confidential and kept in the strictest of confidence. Your complete privacy can be assured.

Is there massage available?
Yes, but not professionally. We do not staff a masseur, but if you look around you may find plenty of guys willing to rise to the occasion.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Can my friend and I rent or share one room?
Yes, you can share a room, but only one room key is issued. Each customer must purchase either a room or locker.

I'm an older man. Am I still allowed in the club?
I hope so because I'm the owner of the club and I am 60 years old.

I'm into bare backing. Is this allowed?
Thank you for sharing. However, bare backing is NOT allowed in our clubs. If we find you bare backing, you will be asked to leave. If you continue bare backing, you will be permanently prohibited from visiting our clubs.

What do I do with my valuables?
Leave them at home. There are no lockers in the rooms. For those valuables on your body, they need to fit into a small safe deposit box, along with your keys, phone & wallet. Your valuables are kept in a lockbox behind the front desk upon check in. We recommend keeping everything of value in the lockbox. Don't forget to keep a few bucks out for our cafes and our toiletry products, lube and adult sex toys.

Do you have any special discount programs?
Yes. We offer Weekday discounts and Specials, and as a new customer, you will receive a package with discount coupons. Please ask the cashier about our special rates.

Why do I have to show a valid picture I.D.?
You must show an I.D. for your safety and for the safety of our other patrons. I.D. is also required by County and City regulations. We have over 110,000 current memberships in good standing and approximately 1,000 whose reentry will be impossible. If you feel that you're one of the 1,000 people who are not entitled to reenter the club, you can apply for reentry by emailing [email protected]

Is it ok to bring alcohol with me?
No. Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited. If we catch you carrying alcohol or drugs into our clubs, your club privileges will be suspended or terminated.

Can I have fun with the employees?
Yes you can, however they will be fired and you will be asked to leave our club as well. Remember our employees are working. You may meet outside of our clubs on the employee's time.

What items do you have for sale?
We sell a full line of Lubricants that include brands such as Wet Lube, I.D. Lube, Joe Lube, Sex Toys, Cockrings, Toiletries, New Release Adult Videos, Video Head Cleaner (Poppers) and other things.

Is my privacy protected?
Yes, your information is strictly confidential and never given out to anyone.

Are bathhouses really legal?
Yes, we are a legally licensed business. We have over one dozen licenses to operate this business.

Do you allow water sports?
No, water sports are not allowed.
